THE WORSE FOR AVIATION, THE BETTER FOR US, SAYS THE CHIEF OF THE MOŠNOV AIRCRAFT REPAIR STULANČÁK

Not all segments of the aviation business have been brought to their knees by the pandemic. "The more the carriers did not succeed and had to return the aircraft, the more orders we had, because we have been focusing on this type of maintenance for a long time," says Vladimír Stulančák, who heads the Job Air Technic repair center in Mošnov.

Its technicians work on more than a hundred large aircraft from around the world each year. During the pandemic, there was a significant increase in the number of operators who got rid of the aircraft, and in Mošnov they had enough work to rework the machines according to the requirements of the new owners.
