RETIA ORGANIZED A WORKSHOP FOR THE USERS OF THE REDAT SYSTEM
The workshop took place in the Avant Business Center in Prague and introduced the new products in ReDAT recording systems to customers. Presentations on the topic of artificial intelligence in recording systems, the new generation of data presentation tools or recording solutions for contact centers (Brick-and-Mortar Store), aroused a positive response among the participants. An interesting addition to the workshop was the presentation of our customer Air Traffic Control on the topic Drones - a threat or an opportunity?
