IDEX 2023 in Abu Dhabi is coming, CSG companies will not be absent

From February 20 to 24, the United Arab Emirates will host IDEX 2023, one of the world's largest defence technology and engineering exhibitions. Traditionally, companies belonging to the Czechoslovak Group (CSG) holding and Tatra Trucks will not be missing among the exhibitors.

Hundreds of companies from all over the world regularly exhibit at the fair, including CSG holding companies and Tatra Trucks. As part of their joint exposition, the companies Excalibur International, Excalibur Army, Tatra Export, Eldis, Retia and MSM Group will present their portfolios.

Excalibur International will present a medium-range air defence system on Tatra chassis at IDEX fair. At the same time, in cooperation with a company from the CSG Aerospace division, it will exhibit a long-range radar intended for use in air defence systems, all in the form of models and audio-visual presentations.

In the same way, the company Excalibur Army will present its products through models, presentations, and augmented reality software. The company will primarily present armoured vehicles such as the Patriot II APC, artillery and missile systems DANA M2, Dita, Morana and RM-70 Vampire or engineering vehicles Treva-30 and AM-70EX.

The Tatra Export company presented the model lines of Tatra Trucks manufacturer intended for military purposes. Visitors will be able to familiarize themselves with the features and performance of the Tatra Force, Tatra Tactic and Tatra Phoenix model lines vehicles through virtual reality, and the Tatra Force 8x8 heavy logistics vehicle with an armoured cabin will also be on display.

The Eldis company will present its entire range of active radars on the scale model of the airport. These radars are included in the RPL-2000 assembly, which is designed to provide a complete air traffic control solution. The set of radars is complemented by the ERDIS air traffic control software system.

Retia will exhibit the ReCas anti-drone system with its own ReGuard 3D radar designed for both civil and military applications. In addition, Retia will exhibit a special radar device ReTwis 5, which is capable of detecting living objects and people behind non-metallic obstacles.

MSM Group including several manufacturers will show the entire range of modern medium-calibre and large-calibre ammunition. It will be mortar shells of various calibres, 122 mm calibre ammunition for rocket launchers, 105 mm, 120 mm and 125 mm calibre tank ammunition or 105 mm and 155 mm calibre artillery ammunition as well as components for these types of ammunition.
