European Air Services (EAS) was established in 2012 and has been part of the CSG Aerospace division since 2018. It deals with the training of pilots and ground staff through the Slovak Training Academy training center and the sale of new and used helicopters and aircraft, while also offering professional advice and financing of purchases, spare parts supplies and machine maintenance, aerial work and commercial air transport. In 2020, its revenues amounted to 60 mil. USD, while EBITDA amounted to 7 mil. USD.

Since autumn 2017, EAS operates a Slovak Training Academy (STA) in Kosice, built for 25 mi. USD. The center has training capacities for dozens of students a year, offering them training conditions that are completely unique in Europe. An international team of experienced instructors is able to train a student with zero experience up to the level of a pilot ready to deploy in missions. Each phase of the training is provided by various types of helicopters from the STA fleet, which includes more than 20 machines, including four Sikorsky UH-60 Black Hawk helicopters, which EAS operates as the only commercial entity in Europe.

In the future, EAS plans to continue the existing cooperation with partners and expand training methods with modern technologies. One of the projects that EAS wants to develop in the future is a new basic pilot training program for aircraft pilots.
