The secondary surveillance radar for Araracuara Airport in Colombia will be supplied by ELDIS, a member of the CSG Aerospace division of the Czechoslovak Group.
ELDIS PARDUBICE WINS RADAR DELIVERY TENDER TO COLOMBIA
The Czech radar manufacturer defeated a strong competitor in the tender, which still has a strong position in this region. It will be the historically second installation in South America and an important reference for further tenders on this continent.
The radar set from ELDIS already operates in Suriname, South America. ELDIS succeeded in the tender thanks to the support of the Ministry of Defense of the Czech Republic.
