European Air Services from the CSG Aerospace division of the Czechoslovak Group (CSG) holding has sent a fully equipped helicopter and crew to northern Bohemia. The helicopter assisted with the extinguishing of a forest fire in Bohemian Switzerland.

"The whole thing happened very quickly. As soon as the fire got out of control, the owner of CSG, Michal Strnad, came with the task of asking if we could provide a helicopter to help with firefighting. We were able to very quickly secure an MI-8 with a 2,000 litre bambi water bag, including the crew," said Jozef Dzuruš, Managing Director of European Air Services Slovakia.
